Dairy product obtained by the acid fermentation from cow's milk. This process is typical of the Dominican Republic. In cuba there is a product with the same name but that obtained with different process. The Dominican Boruga is very similar to the process of elaboration of traditional homemade yogurt, which does not carry in its production chemical of any kind for its conservation.
