It ratoon or soul calypso, is a musical genre originated in Trinidad and Tobago from Calypso, which is coming to her instead of the kaiso, and close enough to be musically to dancehall. The soca combines the dance melody of Calypso with insistent percussion ( usually electronic ). Soca music has evolved in the last twenty years princial driven musicians of Trinidad and Tobago, St. Vincent and the Grenadines, Barbados, St. Lucia, Antigua and some bands of St. Kitts and Nevis, Jamaica, Panama and Lesser Antilles. The origin of the word is much-discussed
