Agroecologico is a new scientific returns to the methods passed to agriculture. Agroecologico therefore means working the field through non aggressive procedures and respecting epocas of cultivation. Obviously the agroecologico not allowed to use pesticides, greenhouses, or genetic modifications, or engordes with special fertilizers. The result of the agroecologico are very healthy properties and especially flavored products. This new fashion is imposed because the result of industrial agriculture are products that increasingly know more water and more unhealthy.
