Cacicazgos refers to the attitude of certain pseudo leaders who work more as leaders than as true leaders because what they are interested in is only to advance them, the true leader does not try to arrive first, but to reach together with all, that happens a lot in politics, especially in Ecuador but surely in many Latin American and world countries, a true leader is for example the spiritual leader and the union leader who among Chilean miners helped to have hope the first and the other organizing the site to do their needs and handing out the food so that everyone gets out of the isolation or the forced confinement they were in, it seems that the union leader and organizer was great-grandson or something of the great Luis Emilio Recabarren leader of the historic CUT, Central Unique of Chile, had even a certain level of claustrophobia but managed to dominate it and in the end came out after all but once all were saved, that's the real leader, the one who's willing to give his life because others are saved so the Leader of Leaders is Jesus, but there have been other good human leaders like Gandhi, Luther King, not at all chieftains
