4. f. Mata of the family of the leafless, right, ramosa, oblong, opposite leaves, whitish flowers, and fruit of eight to ten centimetres long, pointed and slightly bent. It flowers in summer and is located in the Canary Islands, in Africa and on the shores of the Spanish lift.
