In the banking system, incognito customer is an undercover analyst, masquerading as a customer to observe and study skills, performance, and the level of knowledge of all employees in a bank branch. Incognito customer arrives at the Branch performs a transaction as any client, requested some information, observes behavior, kindness and way of staff, records unless they realize and leaves, to subsequently present the report at the management level of the Bank.
