It is one of the species of Woodpecker or picatroncos. Its scientific name is Woodpecker Golden and is of the family Picidae. It also receives the name of Woodpecker Pampa. In the Aymara language, Pampa, means spotted, Parakeet, mottled, speckled (which has interspersed the colours).
