It's a ridiculous, parodic performance, always as a spectacle and in front of a large audience. It is especially said that which is done between bullfights as humorous entertainment. The origin is in the nickname of the bullfighter Carmelo Tusquellas, who was called Charlot because of some similarity in his routine with the character of the actor Charles Chaplin.
