1. f. bombacáceo American tree, 15 to 30 m tall, thick trunk, reddish branches, tintóreas red flowers and fruits of 10 to 30 cm long, containing six seeds wrapped in a kind of cotton.
2. f. Alga marina form of tape, a few three decimetres of long and less than a centimeter wide.
