The Seriema or Socori is the same Seriema of Red-legged, crested cariama, chuna red. It is a wader in the family Grulliformeae. He basically lives in Brazil, although it can be found in Colombia, Peru, Bolivia, Uruguay and Argentina. Its scientific name is Cariama cristata. They also say Kropczynska in Colombia. Cariama is the name of the genus and species.
