Canalete is the kind of oar used the vogue. Rowing short and wide shovel. For momentum, it dives under the water close to the canoe and made strength back. In Colombia is also the name of a tree, its scientific name is Cordia alliodora and belongs to the family Boraginaceae. Also known as Pardillo, alatrique, coating, white laurel, black laurel (in Colombia), garlic garlic (Bolivia), ta'urua, xochicauil, rosadillo (Mexico). It is the name of a Colombian municipality in the Department of Córdoba. In Alajuela (Costa Rica), there is a municipality of the same name.
