Buenos Aires is the name of the capital of Argentina and a Province of that same country. Buenos Aires is the name of many municipalities in Spain and in several Latin American countries: Mexico, Costa Rica, Nicaragua, Peru and Colombia. In Colombia there are several sites called Buenos Aires and it is a municipality of the Department of Cauca. In Brazil there is a municipality buenos Aires in the state of Pernambuco.
