They are two of the common names of a plant in the family Malvaceae. Its scientific name is Althaea officinalis . It also receives other names, such as: altea, camarmaje, cane grass, malvarizac. In Colombia it is called marshmallow to a fluffy sweet, which we also call masmelo.
