BIPARTIDISMO:SISTEMA OF TWO PARTIES IN POLITICS.

It is a party system political that it favors the emergence of two political coalitions ( usually antagonistic political spectrum ) to generate an exclusion or discrimination positive political minorities, happening in all the elections one of them reaches the Government of the nation and the other ranks second in the vote, becoming the official opposition to the Government preferences. Its proponents argue that it generates political stability to exclude sectors extremists who could achieve a presidential or parliamentary representation.
