It is the name of a bay or cove on the Mediterranean Sea and belonging to Morocco. It is also the name of a Brazilian ethnic group living in the Amazon River basin. In Colombia there is an indigenous group known as Betoya, betoye or Betoi Jirarru (in Macaguare language) and live on the banks of the Cravo River, near tame (Arauca).
