It's the name of a Central American country. It is also the name of a city of that same country (Valiz City), which was capital until 1970. It is also the name of a District in Belize, a river and a Coral Reef over the Atlantic Ocean. In Italy there is also a river called Belize, in Sicily and which in ancient times was called Ipsas.
