It is another common name receiving barracudas, a very voracious marine fish. They belong to the genus Sphyraena and are of the family Sphyraenidae. It is also the name of a submarine from the Navy of the United States of the Balao (SS-319) class, which is currently ship Museum in Philadelphia.
