Nicaraguan cuisine consists of meat from beef, yucca, bananas ( green and mature ) onions, tomatoes, chiltomas and steamed wrapped in leaf of banana ( machigue ) Served on leaves of bananas green and well washed with abundant salad of cabbage, carrot, tomato, onion and chile pickled bananas.
