It's a Latin and Greek term that means white-headed. In Zoology is the epithet of several species that have that condition (white head). An example is the scientific name of a tarantula, Brachypelma albiceps, which means white-headed tarantula and broad, short foot plant. It is found in Mexico and is called rafts tarantula or golden tarantula.
