1. m. family tree of the Abietáceas, which comes up to 50 m tall, with high trunk and right, whitish bark, Cup conical horizontal branches, persistent and needle-like leaves, inconspicuous flowers and almost cylindrical pineapple fruit. Grows in fresh and elevated places, forms forests in the Spanish Pyrenees, and wood, not very strong, there is, for its size and whiteness, to certain buildings.
