ZIHUAMONTE in Mexico : stew with game meat, but that today, by prohibitions or scarcity, is prepared with goat meat, beef or rabbit. First the meats are poured and then the seasonings. It is a typical dish of Chiapas. In Jiquipilas it is called ciguamonte . In San Cristobal de las Casas it is called ciguamut.
