It's a soup with potatoes ( a 41 locro; which also contains panza ( stomach ) booklet ( stomach ) liver and lung of sheep, accompanied by avocado, onions and blood of sheep.It is typical of the Andean region of the Ecuador and is served both as first course or main course of a meal when it occurs in abundance. It is of mestizo origin really representative of Ecuadorian food culture around the world.
