It is the fictional name for a virus created as a biological weapon in the 1996 version of the 1996 novel "The Eyes of the Darkness" by American writer Dean Koontz. 'Wuhan' is by the Chinese city where the lab that created it was, and '400' for the amount of viruses they used for development. As a curious fact, the (real) epidemic of coronavirus initiated in late 2019 had its patient 0 in that same city; but it's the only coincidence.
