In Chile they call tula to the penis. I found several imaginative etymologies, but I liked one that appears on a Chilean website that explains it as ultracorrecion of chula, as to avoid the pronunciation of the ' ch as one ' ye or ' sh sounding vulgar people, culturosa people added a 't' starts l and so left them tchula instead of shula; which use ended in tula.
