PERIODIC TABLE OF ELEMENTS or TABLE OF MENDELEIEV Mendeleiev was a Russian chemist who managed to frame all uran chemical elements and rare burials in groups according to their chemical characteristics. Not all the elements were known yet, but thanks to this technique it was possible to predict the characteristics of the unknown elements with absolute accuracy.
