He's not Spanish but Javanese, or he wants to be. It is as a consultation because they put it as synonymous with '10060;pasindhén', which I suppose can be pronounced with some differences, but it is more referenced with 'pesindh' for a solo singer and 'sindhen' (no accent, let alone a sharp one as in this consultation) for the chorus.
