1º_ It is an ironic way of calling the "male aroused by sexual abstinence". As semen is commonly called "milk" it is assumed that being parked too long it becomes cheese, and its container in a 'quesudo'. 2º_ It is also said of those who have a smell on their feet. See suffix -udo .
