Horse of the last Asturleonking king Bermudo III for whose guilt he died sewn to thrown in the Battle of Tamarón near Castrojeriz in Burgos in 1037. It seems that when he entered the castilian hosts of his brother-in-law Fernando Sánchez the horse Pelayuelo ran faster than the Lionesses hosts leaving the king exposed to the enemy spears.
