In Colombia it is the acronym of an entity, created in 1968. This is the Colombian Institute of Foreign Trade. It takes care of everything related to exports and foreign trade. In Mexico there is also a similar entity, but there it is newly created, is based in Tijuana and is the National Association of Users of Foreign Trade Systems.
