These isolated Latin words mean " 34 body; you have, but for a lawyer make much sense because they mean the claim of a right, the right which assists all detained by the police to be brought before a judge to determine the legitimacy or otherwise of his arrest, when the detainee considers his arrest unlawful or illegitimate.
