I think the word is misspelled. It is possible that you ask for "In equity". It is a Solomonic solution in stakeholders benefits by equal parts, partition, equality, equity, stability, justice. It is also possible that they ask for "Inequality" and presented an error of fingering. So is the opposite of equality or inequality, imbalance, instability, injustice, partiality, decompensation.
I agree with Jorge Luis Tovar Díaz, it must be badly written, but it should not ask for inequality, I think that what is missing is a space. "In fairness" is the name that is used in some legal jurisdictions for the quick resolution of conflicts, usually with a mediator between parties officiating not judge and only about positions trying to have a reconciliation.
