PAKISTAN Pakistan is formed by the initials of the names penyab, Afghanistan, Kashmir and Sindh, with the Hindustani ending Tan, equivalent to the Suffix Landia in Spanish. The English separated the Muslims from India and created Pakistan, giving them independence as a Republic in 1947.
