Lane, also known as music guascarrilera music is a type of music originating in the departments of Antioquia, Caldas and Risaralda in Colombia. It is believed that their creators were inspired by the rancheras, corridos and huapangos Mexican; and corridors and Peruvian and Ecuadorian boleros.
