CINCO PA' LAS DOCE (5 PA" LAS 12), is the name of a song of Colombian folklore, it is a song propitious for the holiday season, specifically for December 31, since it makes reference to the moment when the year is about to end, when there are only five minutes left for the arrival of the new year.
Alcapurria is the name given in Puerto Rico to a fried dish prepared with grated plantain, and stuffed with meat. This food is very similar to the carimañola that is prepared in Colombia, with the difference that the carimañola can be filled with meat, chicken or cheese, depending on the taste.
