It was the stage name of a Filipino comedian and comedian. Its full name was Amparo Robles Custodio and it was of low stature and plump. In Pasto ( Nariño ) means cold, ice cream. Also in southern Colombia it is a surname of indigenous origin. Chinchay in Quechua language means jaguar.
