It is more suitable Atawalipa. It means happy belly, happy entrail, cheerful heart. Happy, cheerful. It can also mean warrior or happy rooster. If so, the latter would indicate that it is a deformation of the name of Atahualpa, the Inca sovereign, as Manuel insinuates.
