It is polysemous term. Depending on context, can mean: 1. Flipado: cool, cocky, believed. 2. freak out is: is synonymous to hallucinate, believing see ghosts, not giving credit. 3.Flipado: is, at the same time, a fool, someone innocent, short breath and dubious judgment.
